Abstrakt
Kvalitativní výzkum provedený v oblasti přednemocniční neodkladné péče mapuje aspekty pracovních postojů u lékařů, záchranářů, výjezdových sester a řidičů (řidičů-záchranářů) pracujících u zdravotnické záchranné služby na území ČR. Analýzou 16 polostandardizovaných interview dospěl autor k popisu toho, jak záchranáři svou práci vnímají.Autor se věnuje vztahu mezi záchranářem a pacientem, reflexi záchranářova okolí, činnosti záchranářů mezi výjezdy, způsobům odreagování, tomu, jak záchranáři sami svou práci prezentují. Celkově dokumentuje přístup k práci a jeho vývoj v čase. Práce dává prostor také problémům v PNP, které respondenti nejčastěji zmiňovali. Závěrečná zpráva je koncipována jako opora pro navazující výzkum zaměstnanců záchranných služeb. Nabízí velké množství citací a jejich interpretace.
Abstract (English)
Qualitative research is carried out in prehospital care and surveys the aspects of attitudes of physicians, paramedics, nurses and ambulance drivers to their work in Czech Republic. From analyzing 16 semi-standardized interviews the author has found out how EMS employees perceive their job.The author talks about the relationship between patient and the employee, response to environment, his activities in terrain, the ways of abreaction and his own presentation of his job, are analyzed and described. On the whole the graduate work marks an attitude of the rescue workers to their work and its development during their career. The graduate work mentions the problems of prehospital care as well that the most frequently the respondents talked about. The final report is conceived as informational support for future EMS researches. The graduate work offers huge amount of quotations and interpretations.
